Osage Bet exists to give ecosystem members a single, audited venue for skill-and-chance wagering — one that respects jurisdictional law, prices odds honestly, and settles cleanly on the same chain that backs the rest of the house. We are not in the business of gating addiction. We are in the business of running a clean book.

How it works

• Identity gates via Osage ID; no anonymous accounts, no nicknames-only sign-ups.
• Each account is jurisdiction-tagged at onboarding; products are filtered to what is legal where you are.
• Wagers are confirmed and settled on Osage Network; off-chain custody is restricted to the float minimum required by the operating book.
• Odds are published with the implied probability and the house edge per market; we do not hide vig in display.
• Responsible-play limits (daily loss, daily session, monthly deposit, cooling-off) are enforced at the protocol layer, not at the UI layer.
• Self-exclusion is one click and irrevocable for the period selected.

Approved players only

No one has been approved to play yet. The platform is in private review with our compliance committee and the relevant jurisdictional regulators. Approval will be issued in cohorts; the waitlist opens through Osage ID and is processed in the order requests are received, subject to KYC and jurisdiction checks.

Where this is permitted

Real-money play is offered only in jurisdictions where it is legal and where the relevant operating entity holds a current licence. Where it is not, the same markets are displayed as a play-money paper book — the prices are real, the ledger is real, only the settlement is in script. We do not pretend this is the same product as real-money play. It is not.

Responsible play

• Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits set at onboarding; raising any limit takes seven days to take effect.
• Session reminders at 30/60/120 minutes; no autoplay anywhere in the product.
• Self-exclusion: one-click. 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, permanent.
• Promotions: none of the “risk-free first bet” pattern; no bonus that requires a wagering threshold to withdraw; no engagement-design loops.
• Problem-gambling resources surfaced in the footer of every page and inside the deposit flow.

Settlement

Every settled wager produces an on-chain receipt on Osage Network — market, stake, odds at submission, settled side, payout, and rake. The book’s public ledger is published in aggregate; per-account history is available to the account holder. Books cannot be silently re-graded; corrections are posted as supersedents with both states visible.

What we will not do

We do not run anonymous markets. We do not accept wagers from accounts that have not cleared KYC. We do not list markets that our compliance committee or general counsel will not put a name to. We do not run engagement loops engineered to extract from users in distress.
